F&B Warehouse and Delivery Attendant
About The Position
The F&B Warehouse and Delivery Attendant supports food and beverage operations by maintaining bar areas and equipment, helping bartenders as needed, and receiving, storing, and distributing deliveries to Food & Beverage outlets. The role requires attention to guest service, cleanliness, safety, product rotation, and proper storage. The attendant also assists with monthly Food & Beverage warehouse and beverage inventory and must maintain required work cards, including TIPS Training, and obtain and maintain a Colorado Gaming License. This position is open until filled. The starting salary is $21.00 to $23.00 per hour.

Responsibilities
- Adhere to the stated guest service requirements.
- Maintain assigned areas and back up bartenders as needed to meet guest service standards.
- Keep bars fully stocked and prepared, including stocking dry goods and liquor rooms.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas.
- Perform routine cleaning and day-to-day maintenance of bar equipment.
- Handle cleaning supplies and chemicals safely, including following storage and usage requirements.
- Learn drink recipes and the appropriate glassware for each beverage.
- Maintain a positive and professional image for Ameristar Casino Black Hawk.
- Follow safety rules and regulations and encourage others to do the same.
- Ensure bars and storage areas are fully stocked for the next shift.
- Work independently when necessary and promptly inform the bartender on duty of issues or concerns.
- Learn cash and comp procedures and how to use blenders, strainers, coffee makers, glass washers, and coolers.
- Maintain all required and current work cards, including TIPS Training.
- Learn and operate liquor, soda, and juice dispensing systems.
- Assist with monthly Food & Beverage warehouse and beverage inventory.
- Receive, unload, and properly store pallets and deliveries for the kitchen, Starbucks, beverage warehouse, and other Food & Beverage outlets as needed.
- Distribute deliveries to the appropriate Food & Beverage outlets while maintaining proper storage, organization, and product rotation.
- Safely operate pallet jacks, carts, and other material-handling equipment when moving and storing product.
