About The Position

The F&B Supervisor safely and efficiently provides excellent customer service and helps ensure guests have a positive dining experience that encourages loyalty and recommendations. The supervisor is expected to proactively engage guests, identify their needs, and support the team in delivering attentive service. Requirements

• Leadership, problem-solving, and basic computer skills.
• Ability to share knowledge and teach others to perform tasks.
• High level of customer service and effective communication with guests and team members.
• Ability to follow instructions, learn quickly, pay attention to detail, and maintain composure under pressure.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
