About The Position

Guest Service Experts deliver a wide range of services to create memorable dining experiences. Duties may include setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting with and serving guests, and cleaning work areas and supplies. They make transactions feel like part of the guest experience.

The role requires creating a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and maintaining professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications. Other reasonable job duties may be requested.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• Less than one year of related work experience preferred.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No license or certification required.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
• Ability to read and visually verify menu information.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
