F&B Sales Associate
About The Position
Joe & the Juice is hiring a full-time Food & Beverage Associate / Juicer at its Vancouver International Airport location. The role involves preparing juices, sandwiches, and other menu items while providing friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced environment. The workplace is described as outgoing, fun, and respectful, with a casual dress code of black jeans without rips, a basic black T-shirt without offensive writing, and a favorite sports-team cap. The advertised compensation is 21.25 plus tips. The position requires flexibility for early morning shifts starting at 4 a.m. or afternoon shifts starting at 4 p.m., including weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Some afternoon shifts may end at 2 a.m. Employees must maintain cleanliness and hygiene, understand their stations and responsibilities, complete daily and weekly tasks, and work quickly with a sense of urgency. An outgoing personality and ability to sell are also important. Requirements
- Fluent in English.
- Reliable transportation to and from work for early morning shifts starting at 4 a.m. or afternoon shifts that may end at 2 a.m.
- 2–3 years of food experience.
- Able to lift 40 pounds.
- Must be able to work early morning or afternoon shifts on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Nice To Haves
- Food Safe or Serving It Right certification; not required at hiring, but the candidate must be willing to obtain it.
