About The Position

The Food & Beverage Cashier is responsible for the efficient operation of the 24/7 Eats window at Parq Casino. They will assist guests with food orders and ensure they leave with a positive lasting impression.

Flexible work schedule to accommodate operational needs of a casino environment

Ability to obtain a valid GPEB registration
Ability to complete all BCLC required trainings
Food Safe Certification
Serving it Right Certification
Able to lift, handle, and transport materials that are over 20lbs
Required to sit, stand and walk during working hours

Responsibilities

Knowledge of all food promotions and Food items on the menu
Properly refill condiments or any necessary to go items when stock is low
Maintain a safe and sanitary work area and environment
Operate in compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act
Provide proactive customer service, in a friendly and professional manner
Take customers’ orders while operating the cash register
Receive and dispense correct change to customers
Issuing receipts, refunds, credits, change and cash outs at end of shift
Responsible for providing professional and exceptional customer service in accordance with established company standards
Greet and communicate with all guests in a friendly and courteous manner
Clear, clean maintain tables that guests use and general cleaning of work area in the 2go area
Perform other job-related duties, as directed by management
