About The Position
FUN and SPECTACULAR CUSTOMER SERVICE are at the heart of the Casino @ Dania Beach. Working at our casino is about providing the best service and being a great team player! Join as a Cashier in our Food & Beverage Team and be part of the fun and excitement.
Requirements
- High School Diploma preferred.
- 2+ years of previous experience working as a Cashier preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong cash handling experience.
- Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system
- Must regularly lift up to 25 pounds.
- Must be flexible to work required department hours.
- Must apply and obtain the appropriate state occupational gaming license, which includes lifetime FBI criminal background check.
- Must pass drug testing as per company's Drug Free Workplace Policy and applicable background checks.
Responsibilities
- Greets guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Processes payments, handles all cash and credit transactions.
- Greet guests and patrons personally and on the telephone, welcome guest in a professional manor.
- Keep workstation clean and neat at all times, maintain an opening and closing check list.
- Takes customer orders and cashes customers out.
- Multi-tasks several orders at once.
- Assists team members when not busy.
- Answers general customer inquiries as needed.
- All other duties as assigned.
