About The Position
The University of Arkansas at Little Rock is seeking an Extra Help Assistant for the School of Engineering and Engineering Technology. The assistant will work on tasks assigned by Professor Dr. Amarasiri related to various mechanical engineering projects, including ARC Lab projects. The position is governed by state and federal laws and agency/institution policy.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Currently enrolled in a University of Arkansas at Little Rock Engineering or Engineering Technology program.
- Ability to communicate clearly orally and in writing.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering-related equipment.
- Ability to listen and follow directions.
Responsibilities
- Assist with conducting research.
- Complete assigned tasks within the given timeline.
- Follow lab rules.
