About The Position
The Extra Help Assistant will complete tasks assigned by School of Engineering and Engineering Technology professor Dr. Amarasiri in support of various mechanical engineering projects, including ARC Lab projects. The position is governed by state and federal laws and agency/institution policy.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Currently enrolled in a University of Arkansas at Little Rock Engineering or Engineering Technology program.
- Ability to communicate clearly orally and in writing.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering-related equipment.
- Ability to listen to and follow directions.
Responsibilities
- Assist with conducting research.
- Complete assigned tasks within the given timeline.
- Follow lab rules.
