This role is responsible for driving external recruiting and HR outreach activities with area High Schools, Colleges, Universities, and Professional Associations. The specialist will create and maintain a talent pipeline of external talent, organize engagement activities, represent the company positively to attract candidates, and develop a database for external talent. Additionally, the role involves proposing and running the internship program, recruiting and tracking associates in the Graduate Specialist Program, and providing on-site recruiting support to ensure a great candidate experience.
