About The Position

The Talent & Engagement Specialist plays a hands‑on role in shaping how employees and candidates experience Camden, from hiring through engagement and day‑to‑day support. This role, primarily focused on recruiting, blends full‑cycle recruiting and engagement initiatives with exposure to broader workforce planning and culture work. It’s a great opportunity for someone eager to learn, grow their HR expertise, and contribute at both a tactical and strategic level. Requirements

• 3–5 years of HR experience, with recruiting and employee relations exposure, or someone eager to learn the HR function, while leveraging their banking experience
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship‑building skills
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
• Sound judgment, empathy, and discretion
• HRIS/ATS experience
• Willingness to travel regionally as needed is required
• A minimum of 1 day per week in our Camden, Maine office

Responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruiting for banking center and corporate roles, partnering closely with hiring leaders

• Support HR projects and organization‑wide initiatives that strengthen culture and performance
