Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to repeatedly lift 75 or more pounds.
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Comfort climbing ladders and working on roofs when necessary.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
• Dependability and excellent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Soft wash residential and commercial properties.
• Clean roofs using manufacturer-approved methods.
• Pressure wash driveways, sidewalks, patios, pool decks, and retaining walls.
• Clean gutters and brighten exterior gutters.
• Clean exterior windows and screens.
• Wash fences, decks, awnings, and outdoor structures.
• Set up and safely operate pressure washing and soft wash equipment.
• Climb ladders and work comfortably at heights.
• Inspect properties before and after service.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and commercial clients.
• Maintain company vehicles, trailers, and equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards.
• Represent Marshall Cleaning Service professionally at every job.
