About The Position

Lee & Cates Surface CPR is seeking a dependable, hardworking Exterior Cleaning Technician for hands-on residential and commercial exterior cleaning. The work includes soft washing, pressure washing, and routine surface cleaning. The company is looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and provides professional customer service. Experience with paver sealing, concrete staining and sealing, or wood staining and sealing is a plus but is not required; training is available for a candidate with a strong work ethic, reliability, and a desire to learn a skilled trade. Starting pay is $20–$22 per hour, based on qualifications and experience. The position is full-time and serves Jacksonville, Florida, and surrounding areas.

Requirements

Be able to work outdoors in Florida weather and perform physical tasks, including lifting equipment, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

Experience with paver cleaning, joint-sand replacement, and sealing.
Experience with concrete cleaning, staining, and sealing.
Experience with exterior wood cleaning, staining, and sealing.
Experience with surface preparation and protective coatings.
Experience in pressure washing, soft washing, property maintenance, painting, landscaping, or related construction work.

Responsibilities

Perform residential and commercial exterior cleaning using soft-wash and pressure-wash systems.
Clean driveways, sidewalks, patios, pool decks, building exteriors, and other exterior surfaces.
Safely operate and care for pressure washers, soft-wash systems, surface cleaners, and related equipment.
Select appropriate cleaning methods and solutions for different surface types and project needs.
Prepare job sites and protect landscaping, surrounding areas, and customer property.
Follow procedures for chemical handling, equipment use, and job-site safety.
Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
Complete work efficiently while maintaining high standards for quality and customer satisfaction.
Assist with specialty surface maintenance services as needed.
