About The Position

Fish Window Cleaning is hiring window cleaners for its San Diego operation to clean interior and exterior windows at commercial and residential buildings up to three stories tall. The work is performed from the ground or, for some residential tasks, from a ladder; it does not involve high-rise buildings. Duties also include traveling between job sites and completing minimal paperwork. Work takes place both indoors and outdoors. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with no nights, weekends, or holidays. Full-time and part-time schedules are available year-round, and flexible hours are offered. Pay is $19.00–$25.00 per hour, based on performance and work completed, with tips and additional commission opportunities. Paid training is provided, and no prior experience is necessary. Equipment and uniforms are furnished, and growth opportunities are available. The company seeks courteous, friendly, self-motivated people who pay attention to detail, maintain a positive attitude, and provide excellent customer service. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation for travel between jobs, and liability car insurance. The position requires the ability to work alone.
