About The Position
Image One Facility Solutions is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician in Dallas, Texas. This part-time individual-contributor role provides nightly cleaning services at a FedEx building. The technician follows and helps establish cleaning protocols to maintain a consistently clean, safe, and well-maintained environment. Compensation is $16.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly.
Requirements
- Prior commercial cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and pay close attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability, punctuality, and commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and comply with company policies.

- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal.
- Regularly sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and other essentials as needed.
- Promptly report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Follow health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and within scheduled time frames.
