About The Position

CRM Residential is seeking a reliable Cleaning Technician to maintain and clean its properties, helping ensure a clean, safe, and orderly environment for tenants and visitors. The role requires excellent time-management skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to cleanliness. The position is full-time.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper storage and disposal methods.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Flexibility to work weekends and evenings if required.
Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in cleaning and maintenance is preferred.

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain common areas, lobbies, elevators, stairways, and other property areas according to established procedures.
Sweep, mop, dust, and vacuum.
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas as required.
Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Assist with move-in and move-out cleaning and inspections.
Notify management of maintenance or cleaning issues requiring attention.
Follow safety procedures and guidelines when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
