About The Position

Kendall Auto Group is seeking an Express Lane Service Advisor to join their Service team at Subaru Eugene. This role is crucial in building lifelong service customers by being the first point of contact in the service department. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service, time management, work ethic, and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize customer needs and make informed recommendations for vehicle repairs and maintenance.

Requirements

High level customer service experience.
Demonstrated time management skills.
Strong work ethics.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to make recommendations and prioritize items in order of importance for customers.
A valid driver's license.
A good driving record.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of automobile repair and maintenance.
2 years of service writing experience.

Responsibilities

Interfacing with customers, technicians, and salespersons to identify and sell vehicle repairs and maintenance.
Verifying that work performed and diagnosed was done properly.
Researching vehicle history to make educated recommendations.
Inputting and maintaining customer information.
Completing work tasks in an efficient and organized manner.
Using telephone, email, and chat systems to communicate with customers throughout the day.
Scheduling service appointments.
