About The Position

Kendall Auto Group, a premier employer in Eugene and one of the largest family-owned and operated dealerships in the Pacific Northwest, is seeking an Express Lane Service Advisor to join their Service team at Subaru Eugene. The Service Department operates in a fast-paced environment, serving clients throughout the community. The role involves being the first point of contact for customers in the service department, aiming to build lifelong service customers. Ideal candidates will possess high-level customer service experience, strong time management, work ethic, and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize customer needs effectively.

Requirements

High level customer service experience.
Demonstrated time management skills.
Strong work ethics.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to make recommendations and prioritize items in order of importance for customers.
Valid driver's license.
Good driving record.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of automobile repair and maintenance.
2 years of service writing experience.

Responsibilities

Interfacing with customers, technicians, and salespersons to identify and sell vehicle repairs and maintenance.
Verifying that work was properly performed and diagnosed.
Researching vehicle history to make educated recommendations.
Inputting and maintaining customer information.
Completing work tasks in an efficient and organized manner.
Using telephone, email, and chat systems to communicate with customers throughout the day.
Scheduling service appointments.
