About The Position

Kendall Auto Group, a premier employer in Eugene and one of the largest family-owned and operated dealers in the Pacific Northwest, is seeking an Express Service Advisor to join their Service team at Kendall Toyota of Eugene. This role is crucial in serving clients throughout the community in a fast-paced service department. The ideal candidate will have high-level customer service experience, strong time management, work ethic, and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize customer needs effectively. Advisors are the first point of contact in the service department and are trusted to build lifelong service customers.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license.
• A good driving record.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of automobile repair and maintenance.
• 2 years of service writing experience.

Responsibilities

• Interfacing with customers, technicians, and salespersons to identify and sell vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Verifying work was properly performed and diagnosed.
• Researching vehicle history to make educated recommendations.
• Inputting and maintaining customer information.
• Completing work tasks in an efficient and organized manner.
• Using telephone, email, and chat systems to communicate with customers throughout the day.
• Scheduling service appointments.
