About The Position
Kendall Auto Group is seeking an Express Lube Service Advisor to join their Service team at Kendall Ford of Marysville. This is a fast-paced environment serving clients throughout the community. The role involves being the first point of contact for customers in the service department, aiming to build lifelong service customers. Ideal candidates will have high-level customer service experience, demonstrate strong time management, work ethics, and communication skills. The ability to make recommendations and prioritize vehicle maintenance needs is crucial. The position requires working indoors, spending significant time on a PC, and frequent use of the telephone.
Requirements
- High level customer service experience.

- Experience in service writing is required.
- General knowledge of automobiles and their maintenance.
- A valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities
- Interfacing with customers, technicians, and salespersons to identify and sell vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Verifying work was properly performed and diagnosed.
- Researching vehicle history to make educated recommendations.
- Inputting and maintaining customer information.
- Completing work tasks in an efficient and organized manner.
- Using telephone, email, and chat systems to communicate with customers.
- Scheduling service appointments.
