Kendall Ford is seeking a Drivability Technician to join their team. This role involves inspecting, diagnosing, and identifying necessary repairs on various vehicles. Responsibilities include performing adjustments and calibrations, replenishing fluids, disassembling and reassembling vehicle components, and repairing or replacing parts. The technician will use independent judgment for decision-making, document all work and hours according to manufacturer and Kendall policies, and road test vehicles to ensure quality and issue resolution. The work environment is indoors in a shop, requiring the use of mechanic's hand and power tools. The job demands continuous standing and walking, with frequent pushing, pulling, crouching, squatting, reaching, and kneeling. Lifting and moving weights of 20 to 100 pounds may occasionally be required.
