Kendall Ford is seeking a Drivability Technician to join their team. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and identifying work needed on various vehicles. Your duties will include performing adjustments and calibrations, replenishing fluids, disassembling and reassembling vehicle components, and repairing or replacing parts. You will need to use independent judgment, document all work according to policies, and road test vehicles to ensure quality. The work is performed indoors in a shop environment. This role requires the use of mechanic's hand and power tools, and involves standing and walking for the entire shift. Frequent pushing, pulling, crouching, squatting, reaching, and kneeling will be necessary to access all parts of vehicles. Lifting, pushing, and pulling weights and forces from 20 to 100 pounds will be required occasionally.
