About The Position

DCH Ford of Thousand Oaks is looking for a motivated and hands-on Drivability / Electrical Technician to join our growing service team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their automotive career within one of the largest automotive groups in the nation while gaining valuable experience with Ford vehicles, electrical diagnostics, and emerging EV technology. Whether you already have electrical experience or are looking to expand your diagnostic skillset, we want to hear from you.

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required
• Ability to perform quick service maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, batteries, and basic repairs
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Team-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail

Nice To Haves

• Experience with automotive electrical work preferred
• EV (Electric Vehicle) experience is a huge plus

Responsibilities

• Perform quick service maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, batteries, and basic repairs
• Diagnose and troubleshoot automotive electrical systems
• Work with emerging EV technology
