About The Position

The Express Lube Service Advisor communicates with internal and external customers to gather information about equipment issues and provide repair-status updates while repairs are in progress. The advisor opens and processes work orders efficiently and promptly, documenting customer requests and complaints thoroughly so technicians understand the work and customers remain satisfied. The role is based in Elkridge or Edgewood, Maryland.

Requirements

Minimum of two years of service-related experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
Excellent customer service skills and ability to deal with stressful situations.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask effectively.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work any shift.

Nice To Haves

Working knowledge of the function and repair of heavy construction equipment.
Exposure to heavy equipment.

Responsibilities
