About The Position

Join our team at Doral Kia delivering Service You Can Trust. Doral Kia is looking to add an Express Lube Advisor to our service team! As an Express Lube Advisor, you’ll be the friendly face that welcomes our customers and ensures their service experience is exceptional from start to finish. With a focus on clear communication and top-tier customer care, you’ll bridge the gap between our customers and technicians ensuring every concern is understood, every recommendation explained, and every visit ends with confidence. This is a fun, fast-paced position that keeps you in the heart of the action in the shop with our technicians without turning wrenches! Requirements

High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming telephone calls in a friendly and professional manner.
Follow the Initial Customer Contact (ICC) process: Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Identify, confirm and offer resolution to customer concerns.
Communicate with customers about what needs to be done, how much it will cost and when service will be complete.
Assess customer needs by conducting a vehicle walk around.
Follow-up with customer during repair/servicing of vehicle so they are aware of status.
