About The Position

The Express Lube Advisor is responsible for greeting customers, conducting initial vehicle check-ins, and clearly communicating service requirements and timelines. This role involves advising customers on necessary and recommended services, coordinating with technicians for timely work completion, and delivering exceptional customer service that reflects the company's values and culture.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in an automotive service role is preferred but not required.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales
• Mathematics – calculating service costs and counting change.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
• A team player who values collaboration and building relationships.
• Commitment to upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
