About The Position

The Express Lube Advisor at Henderson Hyundai Superstore will diagnose and address customer vehicle concerns, verify warranties and service contracts, and develop accurate repair estimates. This role serves as the communication bridge between customers and technicians, ensuring a clear understanding of service needs. The advisor will also write and process repair orders (RO), ensuring customer approval and accurate entry into the service database, and calculate and communicate costs for materials, labor, and deductibles, maintaining transparent customer records.

Requirements

Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
