Work location: Dallas Fort-Worth, TX (on-site) Scope: As an Export Specialist, ensure exportation of goods from the United States are following applicable U.S. Government rules and regulations and are successfully and promptly imported into the destination country. Job Summary: An Export Specialist is responsible for the management and oversight of international shipments, including but limited to document compliance and accuracy of data for the company’s outbound shipments from the United States. Experience and practical knowledge within the export compliance functions. Collaboration with external/internal service providers to ensure speed and compliance of exported products from CooperSurgical Inc. (CSI) in the U.S. The Export Specialist will follow the company’s international trade compliance policies, global logistics policies, and quality initiatives in all activities. The position will perform the responsibilities detailed below and other duties and projects as assigned.

  • Ensure exportation of goods from the United States are following applicable U.S. Government rules and regulations.
  • Ensure goods are successfully and promptly imported into the destination country.
  • Management and oversight of international shipments.
  • Document compliance and accuracy of data for the company’s outbound shipments from the United States.
  • Collaboration with external/internal service providers to ensure speed and compliance of exported products from CooperSurgical Inc. (CSI) in the U.S.
  • Follow the company’s international trade compliance policies, global logistics policies, and quality initiatives in all activities.
  • Perform the responsibilities detailed below and other duties and projects as assigned.
