About The Position

LillyDirect Pharmacy Operations is seeking an experienced pharmacy technician to maintain technician workflow standards and accuracy measures for LillyDirect Pharmacy. The position requires deep technician expertise, a quality and process mindset, and a commitment to patient safety and compliance. Experience in an online or direct-to-patient pharmacy environment is preferred. This senior individual-contributor role maintains current standards for technician work across data entry, extraction review, transfer requests, allergy queue processing, and inbound calls; verifies that work follows those standards; tracks measures that drive pharmacist rework; and performs technician work in the prescription queue. The role maintains standards, measures performance, and escalates issues for resolution rather than managing people. The position follows a pharmacy-scheduler-created schedule, working scheduled shifts Monday through Friday. It requires at least three days on site each week, with up to two remote days when appropriate, consistent with Lilly's remote work policy.
