About The Position

Careerflow Human Data Labs is seeking experienced video editors to review screen-recorded professional workflows in Adobe Premiere Pro for a client building a library of real-world editing recordings. Contributors record their screens and narrate their process as they turn raw footage into finished videos, including editing social videos, matching color across cameras, cleaning up audio, generating captions, and exporting for different platforms.

The reviewer checks submissions for accuracy, realism, and professional standards. They assess the editing work and narration, identify errors or unrealistic steps, and provide clear written feedback. Reviews and outcomes are recorded in a project tracker, and reviewers are expected to meet turnaround times so submissions continue moving through the project.

Requirements

• Currently work as a Video Editor, Video Producer, Post-Production Specialist, or in a similar role.
• Use Adobe Premiere Pro as the primary editing tool.
• Have at least 3 years of professional video editing experience.
• Have strong hands-on knowledge of cutting, color correction, audio cleanup, captioning, and export workflows.
• Have a keen eye for detail and the ability to spot technical mistakes quickly.
• Be able to write clear, constructive feedback in English.
• Be based in the Philippines.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience reviewing, mentoring, or quality-assuring other editors’ work.
• Experience with short-form content for social platforms such as Reels, Shorts, TikTok, or LinkedIn.
• Familiarity with After Effects, Audition, or Media Encoder.
• Prior experience with data annotation, content review, or AI training projects.

Responsibilities

• Review screen-recorded Premiere Pro workflows submitted by other editors.
• Verify that editing techniques are correct and reflect professional practice.
• Check that narration is clear, accurate, and matches the on-screen actions.
• Assess cutting and pacing, Lumetri Color camera matching, Essential Sound and other audio cleanup, captioning, and export settings.
• Flag errors, shortcuts, or unrealistic steps and provide clear written feedback to contributors.
• Confirm that each recording meets project guidelines and deliverable requirements.
• Log review outcomes and feedback in the project tracker.
• Meet review turnaround times.
