About The Position

Love Justice International (LJI) is seeking volunteer experts to review its operational tools and processes. LJI works to disrupt human trafficking in transit and also supports orphaned and abandoned children and education partnerships. Its core processes include systems and tools such as guidebooks, presentations, training materials, spreadsheets, and software, across areas including internal operations and field programs. The Volunteer Expert Reviewer provides an outside professional perspective on one core process or a few closely related processes. Reviewers study materials supplied by the process Lead and discuss them with the Lead in a video call, offering candid suggestions, identifying better tools or methods used in their field, and giving an overall rating. Reviews are informal, remote, short-term, and scheduled around the volunteer’s availability. Reviewers are asked to complete each review within about one month of receiving the materials, and may accept or decline each request. A non-disclosure agreement may be required before receiving sensitive materials. Reviewers must use LJI materials only for the review. Applications are accepted continuously. Applicants submit a letter of interest and CV through the LJI careers page. The organization asks applicants to allow one to two weeks for application processing.
