About The Position

The Learning Experience is seeking a passionate, dedicated Experienced Toddler / Twaddler Teacher to create a positive, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for young children. The role involves helping children learn, play, grow, and thrive academically and emotionally, while meeting each child’s individual needs. Teachers use the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® and work with infants, toddlers, or preschool children. The position also includes regular communication with parents, collaboration with center staff and leadership, and building positive relationships with families and coworkers. State licensing requirements apply. This franchise is independently owned and operated, and the franchisee makes all hiring decisions.

Requirements

• At least six months of professional teaching experience is required.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Meet applicable state licensing requirements for the role.

Nice To Haves

• One year of professional teaching experience is preferred.
• An associate degree or higher in early childhood education (ECE) or a related field is preferred.
• A genuine passion for the education and care of children.

Responsibilities

• Partner with daycare center staff and leadership to support enrollment, engagement, and center success.
• Build relationships with families and coworkers and foster an environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
