Experienced Teacher for 1- to 2-year-old
About The Position
The Learning Experience is seeking a passionate, dedicated teacher to create a positive, engaging, safe, and nurturing learning environment for young children, particularly toddlers and twaddlers. The teacher will help children learn, play, grow, and thrive academically and emotionally, using the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® in a way that reflects each child’s needs. The role involves creating an engaging classroom, communicating with families about children’s activities and achievements, and working with center staff and leadership to support enrollment, engagement, and center success. Requirements
- Genuine passion for the education and care of children.
- At least six months of professional teaching experience required; one year preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required; an associate degree or higher in early childhood education (ECE) or a related field preferred.
- Meet applicable state licensing requirements.
