About The Position

The Experienced Table Games Dealer is responsible for dealing all table games in accordance with applicable rules and regulations. The role includes communicating table game activities to supervisors and managers, responding to customer questions about gaming procedures and payouts, maintaining the designated work area, verifying customer identification when needed, and completing required paperwork. The dealer is expected to provide excellent customer service and communication, maintain a positive atmosphere, and perform other duties as assigned. The position is part-time. Pay is $8.00 per hour, with an average tip rate of $27.74. Days and shifts vary based on business needs. Weekly Earned Wage Access is available as an option.

Requirements

Apply basic math, including arithmetic, ratios, proportions, or conversions.
Apply oral or written communication techniques.
Be highly customer-focused and maintain a positive atmosphere while being friendly and informative as needed.
Have prior experience in direct customer contact.
