About The Position

The Learning Experience is seeking a passionate, dedicated Experienced Preschool Teacher to create a positive, engaging, safe, and nurturing learning environment where children can learn, play, grow, and thrive academically and emotionally. The teacher works with infants, toddlers, or preschool children and implements the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® in ways that reflect each child’s unique needs. The role includes fostering a love of learning, communicating children’s activities and achievements to parents through mobile apps and personal discussions, and working with center staff and leadership to support enrollment, engagement, and the center’s success. The position offers state-of-the-art classrooms with technology, materials, and resources, along with training, professional development, tuition reimbursement, and leadership pathways. Requirements

Genuine passion for the education and care of children.
At least six months of professional teaching experience is required; one year is preferred.
High school diploma or GED is required.
Applicable state licensing requirements for the role.

Nice To Haves

One year of professional teaching experience.
Associate degree or higher in early childhood education (ECE) or a related field.
