About The Position

The Learning Experience is seeking a passionate, dedicated Experienced Preschool Teacher to create a positive, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for young children. The role focuses on helping children learn, play, grow, and thrive academically and emotionally. The teacher will implement the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® with infants, toddlers, or preschool children, adapting to each child's unique needs, and will collaborate with families, coworkers, center staff, and leadership to support children's development and the center's success. Employment is contingent upon obtaining Level 2 background screening clearance under applicable Florida laws and regulations. Applicable state licensing requirements apply.

Requirements

Genuine passion for the education and care of children.
At least six months of professional teaching experience required; one year preferred.
High school diploma or GED required.
Level 2 background screening clearance in accordance with applicable Florida laws and regulations.
Applicable state licensing requirements for the role.

Nice To Haves

CDA credential preferred.
One year of professional teaching experience preferred.

Implement the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® with infants, toddlers, or preschool children in ways consistent with each child's unique needs.
Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
Communicate regularly with parents about children's activities and achievements through mobile apps and personal discussions.
Partner with daycare center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.
Build relationships with families and coworkers and create an environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
