About The Position

The Experienced Preschool Teacher is responsible for overall classroom management and for leading a safe, nurturing, engaging learning environment for children. The teacher implements The Learning Experience’s proprietary L.E.A.P. curriculum and uses its characters to make learning fun. The role also involves communicating with parents about children’s activities and achievements through mobile apps and personal discussions, and building strong relationships with families and coworkers to create an environment where play and learning happen seamlessly. The Learning Experience provides classrooms with current technology, materials, and resources, along with ongoing training, professional development, tuition reimbursement, and leadership pathways. This franchise is independently owned and operated; applications and hiring decisions are handled by the franchisee.

Requirements

Have a genuine passion for the education and care of children.
Meet applicable state licensing requirements for the Lead Preschool Teacher role.

Nice To Haves

Two or more years of professional teaching experience (preferred).
An associate degree or higher in early childhood education (ECE) or a related field (preferred).
