About The Position

TruTeam is hiring an Experienced Painter to install company products according to work orders, manufacturer instructions, and quality and safety guidelines. Products may include insulation, fireplaces, gutters, mirrors and shelving, garage doors, windows, shower enclosures, home wrap, and other products sold by the company. The role includes preparing for daily work, transporting and staging materials, inspecting vehicles and job sites, reporting concerns, and performing warehouse duties as needed. This is a safety-sensitive position that requires local travel to job sites and out-of-town travel as required.

Requirements

Minimum age of 18.
A valid driver's license is required if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 50 pounds, depending on job duties.
Good hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength.

Responsibilities

Review the daily work schedule and ensure the truck is loaded with the products, tools, and equipment needed for the day.
Complete vehicle safety and job site inspections.
Safely unload and stage material at job sites.
Report safety, customer, or quality concerns.
Perform warehouse-related duties as required.
Perform other duties, tasks, or responsibilities as assigned.
Install company products according to work orders, manufacturer instructions, and quality and safety guidelines.
