About The Position

Carvana is hiring an Experienced Auto Painter to work in one of its high-tech Inspection Centers. The role requires at least five years of professional automotive painting experience and skill in applying base coats, tri-coats, solid, metallic, and clear coats; blending adjacent panels; and paint correcting vehicles. The position is part of Carvana’s vehicle reconditioning work, where vehicles are inspected, perfected, and photographed before being listed on the company website.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional automotive painting experience.
• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license; some positions may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment, sometimes with exposure to excessive heat or cold.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check.
