About The Position

TheKey is hiring experienced caregivers to support clients in South Naples and surrounding areas. Caregivers provide one-to-one assistance to clients in their homes, helping with personal care, companionship, mobility support, transportation, and other daily needs. The role offers day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts, with full-time and part-time schedule options. Pay is $18–$20 per hour, with additional compensation and benefits potentially varying by state and location. Requirements

At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
At least 18 years of age.
Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certificate.
Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
TB clearance or chest X-ray.
Comply with state background-screening requirements.
Be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
Provide companionship through social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
Drive clients to appointments and run errands.
Perform light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
Provide one-to-one support to clients in their homes, including mobility support as needed.
