About The Position

TheKey is hiring caregivers to support clients in Cape Coral and surrounding areas. Caregivers provide one-to-one assistance to clients in their homes, helping with personal care, companionship, mobility support, transportation, and light housekeeping. The role offers flexible scheduling, with full-time and part-time options and shifts available during days, evenings, weekends, and overnights. Caregivers receive support from local teams while building relationships with aging adults and contributing to their well-being.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certificate.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
• TB clearance or chest X-ray.
• Comply with state background screening requirements and be eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
• Provide companionship through social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
• Drive clients to appointments and run errands.
• Perform light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
