About The Position

TheKey is hiring experienced caregivers to support clients in Naples, Golden Gate, and surrounding areas. Caregivers provide one-to-one assistance to clients in their homes, helping with personal care, companionship, transportation, and light housekeeping. The role offers full-time and part-time schedule options, with shifts available during the day, evenings, weekends, and overnight. TheKey describes its local teams as providing caregiver support while helping aging adults build meaningful relationships and promoting their health and well-being.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certificate.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
• TB clearance or chest X-ray.
• Must comply with state background screening requirements and be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
• Provide social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
• Drive clients to appointments and run errands.
• Perform light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
