About The Position

TheKey is hiring experienced caregivers to support clients in Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, and surrounding areas. Caregivers provide one-to-one assistance to clients in their homes, helping with personal care, companionship, transportation, and light housekeeping. The role offers full-time and part-time schedule options, with shifts available days, evenings, weekends, and overnights. TheKey describes its local teams as providing caregiver support while caregivers build meaningful relationships with aging adults.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certificate.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
• Comply with state background screening requirements.
• Be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
• Provide social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
• Drive clients to appointments and run errands.
• Perform light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
