About The Position

TheKey is hiring experienced caregivers to support clients in Bonita Springs and surrounding areas. Caregivers provide one-to-one assistance to clients in their homes, helping with personal care, companionship, mobility support, transportation, and other everyday needs. The role offers full-time and part-time schedule options, with shifts available during days, evenings, weekends, and overnights. TheKey describes its local teams as providing caregiver support and opportunities to build meaningful relationships with aging adults.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certificate.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
• TB clearance or chest X-ray.
• Comply with state background screening requirements.
• Be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
• Provide companionship through social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
• Drive clients to appointments and run errands.
• Perform light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
