About The Position

TheKey is hiring experienced caregivers to support clients in Naples and surrounding areas. Caregivers provide one-to-one assistance to clients in their homes, including personal care, companionship, transportation, and light housekeeping. The position offers pay of $18–$20 per hour, with full-time and part-time schedule options and shifts available during days, evenings, weekends, and overnights. TheKey describes its local teams as providing exceptional caregiver support and emphasizes meaningful relationships with aging adults. Compensation and certain eligibility requirements, benefits, and bonuses may vary by state and location; candidates are encouraged to ask for complete details during the interview. Applicable bonuses are paid via Caribou. Caregivers must meet state background-screening requirements and be eligible to work in the United States.

Requirements

At least one year of professional caregiving experience.
At least 18 years of age.
Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certificate.
Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
TB clearance or chest X-ray.
Must comply with state background-screening requirements and be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
Provide companionship through social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
Drive clients to appointments and run errands.
Perform light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
