About The Position

TheKey is hiring caregivers to support clients in Glen Ellyn. Caregivers provide one-to-one assistance to clients in their homes, helping with personal care, companionship, transportation, light housekeeping, mobility support, and other client needs. The role offers day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts, with full-time and part-time schedule options. Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional caregiving experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
• Comply with state background screening requirements.
• Be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
• Provide companionship through social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
• Drive clients to appointments and run errands.
• Perform light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
• Provide mobility support and transportation as needed.
