About The Position
As a Starbucks barista, you help create a warm and welcoming space where each cup of coffee can spark connection. You engage with customers and create meaningful moments through friendly service, such as offering a warm smile or remembering a favorite order. The role is suited to someone who enjoys working with people and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Baristas prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customize orders to meet customer preferences, while following store policies and standards. The position also involves cash handling, maintaining store safety and security, and performing a variety of tasks during each shift. - Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities
- Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
- Follow store operating policies and standards for product quality, cash handling, and store safety and security.
- Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
