About The Position
The Experienced Bike Mechanic assembles bikes, diagnoses repair needs, and performs bike repairs. The role provides customers with a high level of service and recommends products to enhance their cycling experience. Snow sports tuning and repair knowledge is also desirable. This is a year-round position with full-time hours available.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of bike mechanic experience.
- Ability to stand for long periods, operate hand and power tools, and lift and carry bikes, parts, and other equipment.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities
- Perform quality repairs on customer bikes, including walk-in repairs and overhauls.
- Support ski tuning and repair work.
- Diagnose customer equipment and provide repair estimates.
- Schedule customer appointments and communicate clear, realistic expectations.
- Recommend products to enhance customers’ cycling experiences.
- Apply advanced knowledge of bike repair practices and procedures.
- Complete service paperwork legibly and accurately, and file it accordingly.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
