About The Position

The Experienced Bike Mechanic assembles bikes, diagnoses equipment issues, performs repairs, and supports ski tuning and repair work. The role provides customers with a high level of service, communicates repair estimates and realistic expectations, and recommends products to enhance their cycling experience. The position is year-round, with full-time hours available.

Requirements

2–3 years of bike mechanic experience.
Ability to stand for long periods, operate hand and power tools, and lift and carry bikes, parts, and other equipment.
Ability to communicate fluently in English.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Snow sports tuning and repair knowledge.

Responsibilities

Perform quality repairs on customers’ bikes, including walk-in repairs and overhauls.
Support ski tuning and repair work.
Diagnose customers’ equipment and provide repair estimates.
Schedule customer appointments and communicate clear, realistic expectations.
Recommend products to enhance customers’ cycling experiences.
Complete service paperwork legibly and accurately, and file it accordingly.
Perform other duties as assigned.
