About The Position
Luxury Bath Designs of Orange County is seeking an experienced, professional Bathroom Remodel Installer / Multi-Trade Craftsman who takes pride in doing exceptional work. This role is for a quality craftsman who understands bathroom remodeling, knows how to work professionally inside a customer’s home, works well as part of a team, and desires a long-term opportunity with a company that recognizes, appreciates, and well compensates great work. The company specializes in bathroom remodeling throughout Orange County, including wet-area renovations and complete bathroom transformations. Projects can involve acrylic shower and tub systems, tile showers and flooring, luxury vinyl plank flooring, complete bathroom demolition, drywall work, vanity and countertop installation, finish carpentry, electrical modifications, plumbing work, framing, and installation of shower doors and accessories.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on remodeling experience.
- Highly proficient in acrylic bathroom systems and/or tile installation.
- Working knowledge or experience across multiple residential trades.
- Understanding of how a complete bathroom goes together.
- Ability to coordinate work with other skilled tradespeople.
- Experience or familiarity with Acrylic Installation, Tile, Plumbing, Electrical, Framing, Drywall, Texture, Painting, Flooring, Finish Carpentry.
- Professional bathroom-remodeling experience.
- Ability to handle multiple aspects of a complete bathroom remodel.
- Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers and coworkers.

- Understanding of quality remodeling beyond aesthetics, including proper preparation, accurate measurements, clean installation, attention to detail, protecting the customer’s home, professional communication, and completing the job correctly.
Responsibilities
- Perform bathroom remodeling projects, including acrylic shower and tub systems, tile showers and flooring, and luxury vinyl plank flooring.
- Conduct complete bathroom demolition, drywall removal and installation, and drywall finishing, texturing, and painting.
- Install vanities, countertops, baseboards, and perform finish carpentry.
- Complete electrical modifications such as recessed lighting, switches, and fans.
- Handle plumbing relocation, rerouting, and installation of shower valves, drains, and fixtures.
- Perform framing and structural modifications, including removal of non-load-bearing walls and construction of new walls.
- Install shower doors, accessories, grab bars, and niches.
- Coordinate work with other skilled tradespeople.
- Ensure proper preparation, accurate measurements, and clean installation.
- Protect the customer’s home during the remodeling process.
- Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers.
- Troubleshoot problems and find solutions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Show up dependable, prepared, and ready to work.
- Pay attention to finishing details to ensure exceptional installation quality.
- Continue learning and improving craft.
