About The Position

Hertrich Family of Dealerships is hiring an experienced automotive sales professional for New Castle Acura. The role focuses on managing relationships with high-value customers, professionally closing sales, and guiding customers through the vehicle purchase process. The associate will collaborate with and mentor teammates while staying current on products and trends. Hertrich is a third-generation, family-owned dealership group with 24 dealerships, 15 collision centers, and 18 brands, and it emphasizes integrity, teamwork, community involvement, and promoting from within.

Requirements

• Proven automotive or retail sales experience.
• Ability to build customer relationships and guide buyers through the vehicle purchase process.
• Ability to present vehicle options enthusiastically and professionally.
• Effective communication in person, by phone, and online.
• Ability to work as part of a results-focused, supportive team.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Valid driver's license with a good record.
